Transformer Fire Causes 2,000 Bergen County Residents To Lose Power: Video
Residents near the Waldwick fire had to be evacuated, according to reports.
Nearly 2,000 Bergen County PSE&G customers lost power due to a transformer fire Sunday.
According to ABC7, some residents within a half-mile of the fire were ordered to evacuate their homes.
The outages did not last long. PSE&G was reporting that, as of about 1:45 p.m., only 133 customers were without power.
