Trial Date For Brother Of Fugitive Ramsey Car Dealer Delayed: Report
Anil Iqbal's trial was delayed to allow for additional discovery time for documents related to phone records.

RAMSEY, N.J. — The brother of fugitive Ramsey car dealer Afzal “Bobby” Khan was delayed Monday to permit for additional discovery time in the case, The Record reported.
The additional time is needed for documents related to phone records; Iqbal’s attorneys and litigators from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office will return to court June 20 for another status conference, the report said. A trial date is expected to be set at that conference.
A Bergen County grand jury indicted Iqbal in February on five counts, including theft by deception; he has plead not guilty and rejected a 10-year plea deal a few months ago, the report said.
