Two Union County men were arrested at Garden State Plaza Tuesday after allegedly possessing 155 grams of suspected cocaine.

Jessie Legar, 26, of Elizabeth, and Carlos Sencion-Perez, 30, also of Elizabeth, were arrested after detectives learned Legar was distributing cocaine in the Paramus area and initiated surveillance, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.

Legar and Sencion-Perez drove to the Garden State Plaza parking lot on Nov. 25 “and were conducting themselves in a suspicious manner,” according to Molinelli. Detectives observed the duo go back and forth to their vehicle several times before finally retrieving an item from the back of the vehicle.
