
RAMSEY, NJ — Wind gusts of up to 34 miles per hour were reported in the borough Thursday during the first big snowstorm of the season.
The Ramsey Office of Emergency Management reported that it feels like just 4 degrees outside.
The National Weather Service's blizzard warnings remained in effect while the state was dealing with a number of crashes as the snow began to pile up. At least 11 inches had fallen in some areas of New Jersey by 9 a.m.
