2 Local Restaurants Joining Randolph's Taste Of Freedom Celebration

A&B Bagels and Rosie's Trattoria are offering patriotic dishes through June 15 as part of the EDC's townwide culinary initiative.

RANDOLPH, NJ - Two local restaurants are joining Randolph's Taste of Freedom celebration this month, offering patriotic, era-inspired dishes through June 15 in honor of America's 250th anniversary.

From June 1 through June 15, diners can visit A&B Bagels for festive red, white and blue bagels, or Rosie's Trattoria for an apple cider pork chop with liberty burrata salad.

Taste of Freedom is a townwide culinary initiative launched by the Randolph Township Economic Development Committee running from April through September. Participating restaurants, cafes and food establishments offer specially curated, patriotic or era-inspired menu items tied to American history, culture and tradition on a bi-weekly rotating basis. Featured offerings are showcased at randolphlocal.com and on EDC social media platforms.
