• From Roxbury Pilot to Countywide Program, ARRIVE Together Marks Milestone (tapinto.net) — Randolph is now part of the ARRIVE Together program, which pairs police with mental health clinicians to respond to crises across Morris County. After starting as a pilot in Roxbury and nearby towns, the initiative has expanded countywide, logging thousands of interactions and helping de-escalate situations from suicide threats to traffic stops while steering residents toward treatment instead of the criminal justice system.
