RANDOLPH, NJ — Randolph residents will soon have an opportunity to weigh in on proposed changes to the township's stormwater regulations.
The Township Council introduced Ordinance 24-26 on Thursday, Oct. 22, passing it on first reading.
The proposal would amend Article VIII, the Stormwater Control Ordinance, of the township's Land Development Ordinance to incorporate revisions required by recent changes to New Jersey's Stormwater Management Rules.
A public hearing and possible final vote are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 3, at 5 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue.
Residents can review the full ordinance for free at the Township Clerk's Office from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
