The sandwich chain has won several distinctions, being named a top fast-casual restaurant brand for "America's Best Customer Service 2024" by Newsweek and Statista, being deemed the sixth-best sandwich/sub shop in 2025 by USA Today, and having been ranked #1 on Entrepreneur's Franchise 500® in 2026.
The establishment is known for its traditional cold cut subs, including the “Original Italian,” the “Club Sub,” and the “Jersey Shore’s Favorite.” Regulars can enjoy an extra helping of oil, vinegar, and spices when ordering their sandwich “Mike’s Way.”
