Morris Habitat for Humanity invites the community to “buy a brick” and help build The Crossings at Bennett Avenue development in Randolph. Donors can personalize commemorative bricks that will form the pathways to connect neighbors and new Morris Habitat homeowners to their community in Randolph.

The Crossings is Morris Habitat’s largest project in its 36-year history. Four buildings will be built consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos. Amenities will include a community meeting room, sidewalks and bike paths, outdoor picnic area, gazebo and playground. The complex will be handicap accessible and meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and safety.

“This development will be home to 25 families—including a U.S. Veteran--who have searched to find affordable housing and a safe place to call home,” said Christi Sauter, Randolph resident and co-chair of the Buy A Brick campaign. “The families chosen will each put in over 300 hours of sweat equity and have met all financial requirements and qualifications to be able to afford payment of utilities, taxes, insurance, maintenance expenses and the repayment of the affordable mortgage. Randolph is a vibrant community. I know that this community along with Morris Habitat will support the efforts of these families. Our township motto is, ‘Where Life is Worth Living.’ Let's work together to raise the funds to complete this amazing project and support and welcome our new neighbors to Randolph."
