Morris Habitat for Humanity Receives Grant from Investors Bank
Investors Foundation Grant Will Be Used to Help Fund Succasunna Condominium Project

Morris Habitat for Humanity recently received a grant of $10,000 to help fund its largest project to date in Succasunna, N.J--12 new condominiums on the former site of Roxbury Township’s Public Works Department located at 119 - 121 Main Street. The grant, presented at Morris Habitat’s headquarters in Randolph, will help further the organization’s mission of providing safe, decent and affordable housing in the community.
There will be two six-plexes offering two, three and four bedroom units. Off street parking and storage facilities will also be provided. All 12 homes will be Energy Star Certified and green or reusable building materials will be used whenever feasible. First floor homes will be handicap accessible/adaptable.
