Randolph Sets Stars & Stripes Summer Social With Live Music, Foam Party

RANDOLPH, NJ — A Stars & Stripes Summer Social will bring live music, lawn games and a lineup of food trucks to Veterans Community Park in Randolph on Saturday, Aug. 8, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Hosted by Randolph Recreation at 100 Calais Road, the event is part of the township's celebration of America's 250 years of freedom. The rain date is Sunday, Aug. 9.

Live music runs throughout the afternoon, with Owls & Lions performing from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by Austin City Nights from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Activities and attractions include mini golf, inflatable, maze, a high striker, a duck hunt, lawn games, a foam party, a dunk tank and Touch-A-Truck. Glitter tattoos will be available for a fee.

Food vendors at the event include Brooklyn's Famous Pizza, Jersey Johnny's Grill, King of the Wings, The Silver Glass Mobile Bar, Sunrise Kitchens Catering and Tommy Scoops.
