Randolph Township Library Hosting E-Bike Safety Event Saturday

The free one-hour session covers NJ laws, safe riding practices and maintenance tips — no e-bike required to attend.

RANDOLPH, NJ — As e-bikes grow in popularity across New Jersey, Randolph Township is offering residents a chance to get up to speed on the rules and responsibilities that come with riding one.

The Randolph Township Library will host a free bike and e-bike safety awareness session on Saturday, June 6, from 11 a.m. to noon at 28 Calais Road.

The event is open to all residents — whether they already own an e-bike, are considering buying one, or are simply curious about the growing trend.

The one-hour session will cover safe riding practices, current laws and regulations, proper operation and maintenance, and tips for keeping riders and others safe on the road. Organizers note that as e-bikes continue to grow in popularity, understanding how to ride responsibly is more important than ever.

No prior experience or equipment is needed to attend. Residents of all riding backgrounds are encouraged to come and stay informed.
