The Randolph Parks Advisory Committee and Recreation Advisory Committee began the process of return to activities by voting unanimously to re-open park areas as allowed under current executive orders, which allow outdoor activities with the following restrictions:
- All attendees must be six feet apart
- No contact between attendees
- No organized or contact sports are allowed
- All individuals should wear face coverings where social distancing is difficult to maintain
