Presented by Mark Clark, the FBI-LEEDA chief of operations, the award recognizes the township police department’s commitment to being the best leaders they can be, to improving the community, and their dedication to growth and advancement within the ranks.
The Randolph Township Police Department is the 23rd police agency in the country to receive the award, and the 3rd agency in the state of New Jersey. Accepting the award on behalf of the Randolph Township Police Department was Police Chief Harzula, Sergeant Edelman, Sergeant Mygas, and Lieutenant Donovan.
