Totals are as of 11:30 p.m. These are unofficial results. The results must be certified by election officials.

Red Bank Borough Council, two seats:

• Brian M. Hanlon, 1,473, 18.70 percent
• Kellie O'Bosky Colwell, 1,508, 19.14 percent
• WINNER: Kathleen A. Horgan, 1,973, 25.05 percent
  
• WINNER: Erik Yngstrom, 1,949, 24.74 percent
• Cynthia 'Cindy' Burnham, 970, 12.31 percent

Shrewsbury Borough Council, two full-term seats:

• WINNER: Deidre M. DerAsadourian, 1,151, 29.19 percent
  
• WINNER: Peter J. Meyer, 1,137, 28.84 percent
• John M. Collins, 823, 20.87 percent
• Donald Sena, 824, 20.90 percent

Shrewsbury Borough Council, two, 1-year unexpired terms:

• WINNER: Thomas L. Moran, 1,173, 29.79 percent

• Shane Berkelaar, 769, 19.53 percent
• Patrick DiBello, 749, 19.02 percent

Shrewsbury Township Committee, one seat:

• Alfred J. Melillo, 143, 34.13 percent
• WINNER: Glenwood J. Puhak, 274, 65.39 percent
