45-Unit Apartment Building Proposed For Red Bank

A proposal for a 45-unit apartment building is being heard at the Red Bank Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting Thursday night.

RED BANK, NJ — The Red Bank Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear the proposal for a 45-unit apartment complex to be built along Pearl Street between Oakland Street and Monmouth Street, according to the boards meeting agenda.

The mixed use development project would neighbor the Red Bank Charter School.

According to the zoning plans, the building would include an off-street parking structure that can accommodate 70 vehicles and an additional on-street spot. Also included in the mixed use development proposal is an office space and a retail store on the ground floor.

The second, third, and fourth floors will house all 45 of the apartment units. All three floors offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

  • Six studio apartments
  • Six one-bedroom apartments
  • 33 two-bedroom apartments

The building rooftop will have a green space that will be available to all tenants.

The board will hear the proposal for the building at the zoning board meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom.
