5 Possible ODs, 2 Deaths In One Red Bank House: Authorities

Five people possibly overdosed in the same house, and two people died, authorities said.

RED BANK – Five people possibly overdosed in the same New Jersey house and two people died, authorities said.

The incident happened at 85 Bank St. in Red Bank, where five people were found unresponsive and were transported to Riverview Medical Center, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

The call to authorities came at 12:30 a.m., where police say they found the victims and a small amount of drugs.

Police say all of the victims overdosed and were given Narcan, and some were administered CPR.

The Monmouth County Prosecutors Office said it believes the victims overdosed, but confirmation is pending a toxicology report.

The two men who died were 29 years old and 35 years old, prosecutors said.

Red Bank police and the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office are investigating.
