Are you having a good day?

The originator of The Max, Mr. Bryan Klein always talks about people having good days and bad days.

People who decide to take that first step and inquire about a plan to make lasting changes to their health are having a good day. People who call me to inquire about The Max of Shrewsbury are having a good day. If they sign up right over the phone after hearing what we have to offer are committing to making lasting changes to their health.  If that same person has to think about wanting to make those changes, they may have a bad day, that ultimately will get in their way of committing to making those lasting changes.

Beginning with an amazing kickoff meeting this coming Sunday, September 8th at 7AM, The Max of Shrewsbury kicks off their inaugural 10 week Max fitness challenge.
