This is our first blog post for the Patch, as we've been asked to write about all things in our creative branding and communications world.
We’d like to start off by introducing ourselves a bit. Our agency recently turned eight … that’s right, eight as in ocho, huit, otto, acht, oito or as the Greek would say ok-to. In honor of our anniversary, and to honor the growth of the business, we decided to put ourselves through a process we are often hired to do for our clients – the much-talked-about RE-BRAND.
What exactly is the re-branding process all about? M Studio’s goal was to re-identify the company with the public and, in general, revitalizing the look and feel of our agency; we’ve grown a lot during the last eight years and wanted that progression to reflect in our branding. We treated ourselves as we would any other client and began the process with an updated logo exploration and tagline, utilizing a new font family and series of shapes that could allow our new mark to be applied in a variety of ways.

We then needed a new tagline or message that could further communicate the updated brand as well as all of the services M Studio currently offers. After many "rounds" of design and language exploration, the new mark and tagline was established and quickly applied to our new super-luxe business cards, letterhead, killer website, and social media accounts.
The beauty of our re-brand? It reflects where are company is now, and where we are going. From business cards to envelopes, to the elevator doors of our future office … the sky’s the limit.
