Master Plan Impact On Howell Business Topic Of Meeting
Matt Howard, the township director of land use and planning, is the guest speaker at the Howell Chamber of Commerce lunch Oct. 4.

HOWELL, NJ — The Howell Chamber of Commerce will host Matt Howard, the township director of land use and planning, at its next networking lunch.
The event is Tuesday, Oct. 4, from noon to 1:15 p.m. at The Chapter House, 1454 Route 9 South.

- A review of the master plan and what that means for Howell in years to come.
- A short lesson on zoning. People always wonder how there can be two of the same businesses within such a close proximity of one another.
- Review permits that are required for businesses to have sidewalk sales and other events.
The registration cost is $5 for members, $10 for those not yet members (cash only). Purchase lunch directly from the restaurant. It is suggested that, in fairness to the restaurant providing staffing and space, attendees should purchase lunch.
