Watch as qualified docents and quilt makers unveil 26 treasured quilts from the Shrewsbury Historical Society's collection, one by one, in a "bed turning": a time-honored way of viewing quilts both resting on a bed and held aloft for closer inspection.
Docents will share the history, craftsmanship, and personal stories stitched into each vintage piece, revealing why quilting endures as both a practical art and a cherished heirloom tradition.
Come see needlework as an art form in its own right, one quilt, one story, at a time.
