Cheese & Gourmet Food Shop To Close In Red Bank: See Details

RED BANK, NJ — A local cheese and gourmet food shop is set to soon close its doors.

In an online post from Fourchette, the shop said they’ll be closing on Saturday with “full hearts and deep gratitude.”

Though the Red Bank shop is set to close, store owners said they’ll still be operating at their Clinton and LBI locations, as well as their online store.

Going forward, store officials also said there are some “very exciting things on the horizon,” ranging from curated subscription boxes to prepared foods, catering and more.

“Red Bank friends, you can still shop with us online, and we invite you to visit us in LBI and Clinton — just an hour in either direction!” store officials said. “In the meantime, we’d love for you to stop by this week for one last chance to shop and to say our farewells.”

Located on Broad Street, Fourchette first opened its Red Bank location in April 2023, bringing “a taste of Europe” to the downtown area.

Inside the shop, customers can find a rotating selection of cheeses, as well as gourmet essentials like infused olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, handcrafted delicacies and more.

According to a report from NJ.com, Fourchette is owned by couple Brahim Sadouni and Meredith Hyland.
