On Saturday, May 9th, Family Resource Associates, Inc., a non-profit that serves the developmentally disabled in Monmouth and Ocean Counties will be hosting their Color Me Belmar & PossAbilities Walk on the boardwalk and beaches of Belmar.

Color Me Belmaris the only 3K color run in the sand, where runners/walkers will be doused with a dyed-cornstarch powder as the pass through five different colored stations. By the time the participants cross the finish line, they will look as if they walked through a rainbow.

For those who don’t want to get colored, there is a one-mile PossAbilitiesWalk for those who still want to participate and take in the scenic views.

There will be a dunk tank, food, games, music and more.

Check-in begins at 9:00 a.m., the PossAbilities Walk starts at 9:30 a.m. and Color Me Belmar will begin at 10:30 a.m. Be sure to REGISTER early at www.frainc.org to guarantee a t-shirt. If you have any questions, please call Paul at 732-747-5310 x124.
