As of December 1 ,2006 Marc Weber DDS no longer owned his largest Dental Office in Red Bank. It was purchased along with the Professional Building by Dr Andrew Maron DDS. They look very much alike and Marin used this until the NJ Board Revoked his Dental License for it along with other problems. Weber was finally vindicated but not until damages were already done. These new owners changed the names so many times on Marc Weber's old practice with 12 treatment rooms that even the Dental Board was confused. Employees came forward as late as 2010 along with patients telling how Andrew Maron dds and sister Val would steal , lie and cheat patients. Then they would tell the patients after charging them that Marc Weber dds was the owner not them. Dr. Mauro dmd a former Dentist worked for Val and Andrew Maron up until September 2009. She was shocked to hear when speaking with Marc Weber DDS who was rated top 10 Dentists that year, that the Dental Practice in Red Bank had not been owned by him or any of his entities since December 1 , 2006. Marc Weber DDS even showed and posted his sale agreement dated 12/1/2006 for anyone to view. Obviously the prices were redacted . Marc Weber dds even left $250,000 for the new owners to issue refunds if deemed needed to patients . They stole this money for themselves along with billing under Marc Weber dds of old Charts for work patients never had completed & thus Marc Weber never submitted payments for. For example if Weber's Dentists or he prepared a tooth for a cap but the patient never returned for a 3-5 minute insertion, Weber did not bill Medicaid but Dr Maron & Sister Val did and double endorsed Checks by forging Weber name. This is now why VALLEY NATIONAL BANK WILL NEVER AGAIN ACCEPT ANY DOUBLE ENDORSED CHECKS!
