Encaustic Techniques Workshop with Professional Artist Lucy Kalian

Colorest Art Supplies will be having an Encaustic Technique Workshop on June 24- June 26. 

Encaustic Technique Workshop description:
As with many mediums, encaustic paints can be applied in many multiple techniques and styles. This workshop will focus on experimenting with some of the different styles and techniques that can be applied to this flexible medium. Students will learn layering, image transfers, scraping, inlays and many other methods to create their own unique piece of encaustic art.



Date: Tuesday June 24- Thursday June 26
Time: 10am-12pm, break for lunch, then 1pm-3pm Each day
Cost: $300 (Supplies included*)


Workshops are limited to only 6 students.

 Most supplies are included in the workshop price. Boards not included. Some optional supplies may be required for certain techniques.*
