Would you like to learn the basics of Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) in a fun, supportive environment? If so, these two classes are for you (EM102 also)! They are straight forward, easy and full of information to help you take better care of yourself and help others do the same.

Taught sequentially, EM101 and EM102 are each one-day classes that cover many of the key topics from Donna Eden’s award-winning book, Energy Medicine. The information you gain from these two classes will help you feel and be your best.

EM101 introduces EEM basics, plus many topics that are important for self-care and healing. A quick Daily Energy Routine (just over 5 minutes) is taught that will have your energies humming in no time, plus ways to feel more grounded and centered are explored. EM101 also gives an introduction to meridians, one of the mainstays of EEM. Meridians are the rivers of energy that bathe and vitalize our body and it’s systems. Ways to work with and balance two key meridians, Triple Warmer and Spleen, are highlighted in this class, as well as additional techniques for managing stress.

Energy Medicine workshops are designed to bring more joy, vitality and energy into your life. Derived from the understanding that the body is designed to heal itself and feel good, energy medicine grounds its roots into the depth of the body”s wisdom. It can detect physical illness and emotional or mental disorders at the early stage, as well as promote greater wellness and enjoyable living.

Date & Time: Monday, September 29, 10:00 - 5:00 (Class will break for a 1 hour lunch period.)
Where: To Your Health Holistic Wellness, 10 River Street, Red Bank, NJ

Cost: $140.00, $270 for EEM101 and EEM102 (8 people are needed in order to run this workshop)

Innersource is approved by the NCBTMB as a continuing education Approved Provider (450052-06). Approved courses are labeled and the contact hours may be used for required certification for massage therapists.

Students receive 6 contact hours per class from NCBTMB. The cost is $10.00/class for these CEs and students must fill out a Self-Monitoring Form (SMF) in order to receive their CEs.
