Stralax Flow w/ Heather ~ In this class, releasing tension, gaining flexibility and focusing on alignment are the core elements.  The simple act of resting your attention on the breath instead of your racing thoughts, has the power to bring you back to your center. You will be guided throughout the class to breathe deeply in each pose, to release tension.  Challenge yourself a little and you will improve your stamina, boost your overall strength, tolerance, and willpower.  Start where you are, and build from there.
