Art Pouring From the Heart Playshop

You are born creative and imaginative which is always a part of you. Awaken yourcreativity and the innate artist in you. Have no fear - no art experience isnecessary. You will feel free to express yourself while pouring paint intoincredible abstract works of art and then working the paintings with commontools like toothpicks and sticks. Without the use of brushes, pens, or pencils,and without any pressure to make your painting look like something specific,performance anxiety is not felt. To warm up, we begin with light yogicbreathing, movements, and guided meditation. Then when we are in a relaxed stateof mind and body, we transition into the art creating experience. Unlock yourart block and you will see how so many other areas in your life also becomeunblocked and free flowing.
