The 14th year for this free, festive annual event features 2 well-known local artists.Lauren Bellero, a full time potter, creates unique wheel thrown and hand built functional and decorative stoneware. "Pit firing", her specialty, is an ancient technique of firing unglazed pots in an earthen kiln, resulting in pottery with a distinctive flame-inspired palette and a primitive earthy feel.Mudslingers featured artist this year is Tracey C. Witter. Tracey has been painting almost all of her life. As a professional artist she shares her view of the world in vibrant watercolors. Tracey has taught art classes in her home and in private studios. Now, as co-owner of "The Art Room" in Little Silver, Tracey helps inspire the young and the experienced in their creative pursuits.This popular event will take place from 1-6pm on Sunday, November 13th, 2011. View and purchase art in the comfortable and friendly setting of the potter's home while having a good time! Live music will be performed by special guest, Jim Crawford, local singer/songwriter ("Team of My Father", myspace.com/jgandm).
