Houghtaling Joins Manufacturing Caucus

Assemblyman Eric Houghtaling has joined the bipartisan Legislative Manufacturing Caucus.

“I am honored and proud to have had the opportunity to join the bipartisan Legislative Manufacturing Caucus. I am looking forward to having a stronger voice in representing the hardworking men and women of New Jersey.

“As a career electrician and a proud, 40-year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 400, I understand the time, effort and commitment that the members of this field put in every day. Using my professional background, I will work to ensure the thousands of New Jerseyans working in the field of manufacturing have a voice in Trenton.

“I look forward to working alongside my District 11 colleague Senator Vin Gopal and our fellow Caucus Members to support local manufacturing.”

There are over 10,000 manufacturers and 350,000 individuals employed by the manufacturing industry.

Assemblyman Houghtaling joins his district-mate Senator Vin Gopal in serving on the Legislative Manufacturing Caucus. Senator Gopal was recently appointed to serve as the Chair of the caucus by Senate President Steve Sweeney.
