“When we made the decision to franchise, we knew it would only work if we found the right people," owners said. "People who share our values, understand our commitment to quality, and appreciate the responsibility of carrying on a brand that has been part of New Jersey since 1952.”

“We could not be happier to entrust Dave, Pat, and Joe with that responsibility,” they continued. “They are committed to delivering the same legendary soft serve, the same consistency, and the same customer experience that generations of families have come to expect from Jersey Freeze.”

The announcement of Jersey Freeze’s new Shrewsbury location follows recent expansion updates in Old Bridge and Colts Neck.

Since 1952, the shop has been known as a spot for community gatherings, soft serve ice cream and a local establishment that helps support local schools, youth sports, first responders and more.

Jersey Freeze in Shrewsbury will mark the shop’s fifth New Jersey location.

“Please join us in congratulating them and their families as they begin this exciting journey," the owners said. "We can’t wait to bring the Jersey Freeze experience to even more people throughout Monmouth County and beyond.”

“From Freehold to Shrewsbury, the tradition continues.”
