NJSIAA Bans R-FH, RBR Baseball From Postseason
The teams got into a bench-clearing brawl that resulted in the arrest of one adult on Saturday.

Rumson Fair-Haven and Red Bank Regional baseball will be ineligible for state tournaments following Saturday's melee in Little Silver, NJ.com reports.
The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) issued the ruling Monday, according to the report.
The incident occurred after a collision at home plate led to players on both teams rushing the field. Patrick Maisto, 49, a parent of a Rumson-Fair Haven student, is accused of coming on the field and assaulting a Buc player, according to an APP.com report.

Maisto, who was arrested by Little Silver police, will reportedly plead not-guilty to the charge of simple assault, according to an APP.com article.
NJSIAA rules state the a team with three or more ejections prior to the start of playoffs is ineligible to participate in the state tournament, according to the NJ.com report.
