Old Fashioned Strawberry Festival

Is there anything better than delicious strawberry shortcake on a Saturday in June ?  Come to an Old Fashioned Strawberry Festival, Saturday June 7, beginning at 9:30 AM, at the Presbyterian Church at Shrewsbury, 352 Sycamore Ave. in Shrewsbury.  You will find luscious strawberry desserts, plus a Bake Table laden with homemade goodies, booths with recycled fashion accessories – bags, scarves, etc.  as well as jewelry, home décor, and books.  Unique handcrafted items, strawberries by the box and fresh green and blooming plants are featured too.  Enjoy a cookout lunch while listening to the Eatontown Municipal Band.  Come early for a step back in time !
