Jessica Boyd awarded the 2010 MADD Distinguished Service Award.

In 2010, the Shrewsbury Police Department recorded 15 driving while intoxicated arrests, nabbing drivers as they hit the road with however too many drinks in them. Ptlm. Jessica Boyd was responsible for eight of those arrests.
At its recent meeting, Shrewsbury Council recognized Boyd for her role in keeping the borough’s roads safe with a proclamation from Shrewsbury and Mothers Against Drunk Driving, or MADD.
