Police: Red Bank Man Charged With Molesting Girl

A Red Bank man has been charged with molesting a girl under the age of 13, in a criminal complaint released by the Monmouth County prosecutor’s office.

Eduardo Aparicio-Pena, 22, of Red Bank, was charged with criminal sexual contact and debauching the morals of a child in connection with the molestation, which authorities charge happened on multiple occasions in November and December 2014, according to the complaint.

According to the complaint, Aparicio-Pena kissed the girl on the lips and rubbed his hands over her genitals and groin through her clothing on several occasions.

Bail was set at $52,500.
