Pop’s Garage, an authentic Mexican taqueria seated in The Grove West in Shrewsbury, today announces its plans to extend its dining hours throughout the month of September. Open seven days a week, the new hours of operation at the restaurant will be 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, and 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Wednesday through Saturday. Guests who dine in the restaurant after 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday will receive an additional 10 percent discount taken from their guest check.
“Pop’s Garage is a wonderful destination for guests of all ages. We hope that by extending our hours throughout September, we will be able to accommodate the families who wish to dine with us earlier in the day, as well as those who hope to bring a bottle of wine later in the evening and enjoy a relaxing Mexican dinner in the comforts of a laid-back, eclectic restaurant,” commented Arthur Schlossbach, proprietor of Pop’s Garage.

Reminiscent of the culture and cuisine of Sayulita, Mexico, Pop’s Garage infuses an active, surf-inspired lifestyle into its dining environment. Up-cycled furniture, vibrant floral-print tablecloths, wood floors and surf images lend to the taqueria’s atmosphere. Overstuffed burritos, authentic tacos and enchiladas, in addition to signature entrees including the Skirt Steak Jalisco and pescado del dia, round out the restaurant’s lunch and dinner menus.
