RED BANK, NJ — Before the kids go out trick or treating on Halloween, it is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood.

According to the New Jersey Sex Offender Registry, there are four registered sex offenders in Red Bank. All four are Tier II offenders, considered to be at moderate risk of committing another sexual offense, according to New Jersey's Megan's Law. None of them are Tier III offenders, considered to be at high risk of committing another sexual offense. The public registry includes only Tier II and Tier III offenders.

This map includes one offender who is in prison but is expected to be released within a few weeks. A second offender was just released from prison Oct. 7, according to New Jersey Department of Corrections records.
