Red Bank Area, Shrewsbury Schools Announce Delays
Icy roads and dropping temperatures have district officials exercising caution.

- Red Bank Borough Schools will have a two-hour delay on Monday, according to a notice on the district’s website. “Please do not drop off your child before 10 a.m. at the middle school or before 10:30 a.m. at the primary school and offsite PreK,” the notice states.
- Red Bank Regional Schools will have a delayed opening and will operate on an A schedule, officials announced. PARCC testing that was scheduled to begin Monday will begin Tuesday instead.
- Red Bank Charter School will open at 10 a.m., officials said.
- Red Bank Catholic will have a weather delay, with homeroom running from 8:03 until 9:50 a.m., its website states. Students who arrive after 9:30 a.m. must sign in at the business office.
- Shrewsbury Boro School will open at 10:30 a.m. with morning Pre-K cancelled and there will be no Maschio school lunch available, the district website stated.
