RED BANK, NJ – Voting for primary elections in New Jersey have ended, with Democratic candidates Edward J. Zipprich and Michael Ballard seeking to keep their spots on the Red Bank Borough Council.
The Republican primary has Jonathan Maciel Penney and Brian Irwin facing one another for a chance at a coveted council position.
The candidates are seeking to fill two open spots on the committee.
