Marc Weber former Red Bank Dentist was indicted ( then cleared )Marc Weber indicted and charged with fraud in 2009 but found Not Guilty of all charges 2010 . Drs Weber and Morse., Dr.Marc Weber Dentist Manalapan NJ accepted a drastic reduced settlement of $7.7M last week.It was a fraction of what both dentists were awarded .Drs Weber and Morse dentists were awarded originally $50M for Malicious prosecution.
