Red Bank Man Charged With Child Porn Possession
A Red Bank man and two others were indicted this past Monday on charges of distribution of child sexual abuse materials.
RED BANK, NJ — A Red Bank man and two others were indicted this past Monday on charges of distribution of child sexual abuse materials.
The Red Bank resident is Zhe Bin Zie, 41, of Bridge Avenue in Red Bank, who was charged with one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child for distributing child pornography and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child for child porn possession.
Also arrested were John Catalano, 33, of Nottingham Way in Freehold and Timothy Keough, 29, of 8th Avenue in Asbury Park, who were both charged similarly.

The Monmouth County prosecutor's office has a very active Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which patrols the Internet and looks for material that exploits children being viewed or downloaded in the area.
If convicted, Zie faces up to 10 years New Jersey State Prison, Megan’s Law and Parole Supervision for Life.
