Red Bank Man Charged With Child Sex Assault: Report

A Red Bank man has been charged with filming a child and sexual assault against a child under the age of 13 in two separate incidents.

RED BANK, NJ — A Red Bank man has been charged with filming a child and sexual assault against a child under the age of 13 in two separate incidents, according to a report in the Asbury Park Press.

Dannel T. Wars, 42, is also facing charges of contempt of court in Wall for failure to pay child support.

The first incident was Feb. 18 of this year, when he photographed or recorded a child in a sex act and recording a sex act without consent.

He was then also charged on March 26 with a July 1 sexual assault against a victim who was between the ages of 4 and 13 years old, according to the news article. Also on that July 1 incident, he was charged with sexual conduct with a child by a caretaker.

The July and February incidents involved different victims, according to the article.
