Red Bank Man Sexually Assaulted Girl, 8: Police
The man is accused of assaulting her at his home while he was caring for her, according to the criminal complaint.
RED BANK, NJ -- A Red Bank man was arrested last week on charges he sexually assaulted an 8-year-old girl who was in his care.
Benigno Barrios-Arena, 50, of Shrewsbury Avenue, was charged with two counts of sexual assault and a count of endangering the welfare of the girl, according to the criminal complaint released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Barrios-Arena is accused of touching the girl's breasts and genitals, and also masturbating in front of her between April 1 and May 19 at his home, according to the complaint.

Barrios-Arena is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institute, Freehold Township, in lieu of $250,000 bail, no 10 percent.
