How have they made an impact?

Kerry is a resource room teacher for special education students at Woodmere Elementary School in Eatontown, NJ. She is fully dedicated to getting each of her students to excel beyond their limited capabilities. Kerry's main approach is making each and every one of her students understand that she truly cares about them and wants them to succeed. By doing this, she has half the task done, and she has been doing it for 38 years.
