Shrewsbury Police Charge Man WIth Heroin Possession

The man is accused of having 7 wax folds of heroin marked "Dead End," police said.

SHREWSBURY, NJ — A Brick Township man has been arrested on drug charges in Monmouth County, according to a criminal complaint released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

David R. Koch, 37, of Rachel Court, was arrested Tuesday in Shrewsbury, according to the complaint.

He is accused of having seven wax folds of heroin stamped "Dead End" and a hypodermic syringe, according to the complaint.

Koch is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institute, Freehold Township, in lieu of $7,500 bail, no 10 percent option, according to the complaint and jail records.
