Theodore offers cookie flavors ranging from classic chocolate chip to “bee bites” to espresso dark chocolate chip. Red Bank locals will be able to enjoy curbside pickup and local delivery from the Front Street location in the coming weeks, according to the store owner.

While the store owner says that the store has opened as of April 20 for production, the public may have to wait a while longer to line up for some fresh-baked desserts.

"Although there are no immediate plans to open as a traditional brick and mortar shop, our new Shop will provide our loving customers with new products and new shopping options," Theodore wrote in a April 20 Facebook post. "In the coming weeks, Sweet Bee customers will be able to pick up curbside and even walk in during limited hours. With our glorious new space, production will ramp up and soon we will open up online ordering again making it easy to order freshly baked cookie boxes, frozen cookie dough, and baking boxes."
