Stolen Car Crashed In Red Bank After Multi-Town Chase; Teen Charged
An 18-year-old Keansburg man was charged with "numerous offenses," Holmdel police said, after a chase through area towns in a stolen car.
RED BANK, NJ — An 18-year-old Keansburg youth was arrested by Red Bank police in the early morning hours of Monday, Aug. 22, after Keansburg notified surrounding police agencies about a vehicle theft that had occurred in their town, Holmdel police reported.
Soon after being notified, Holmdel officers spotted the vehicle and attempted to stop it. The vehicle fled and was pursued through Holmdel, Hazlet, Keyport and Middletown, Holmdel police posted on the department Facebook site.
The driver ultimately crashed the car in Red Bank at about 1:45 a.m. and ran from the scene, police said.

The suspect was located and arrested by Red Bank police officers, the post said.
He was identified as Kenneth Siriboe, 18, of Keansburg. Siriboe was charged with "numerous criminal offenses, according to the Holmdel report, and was transferred to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
