Take it to The Max!

How many of us have watched those weight loss shows on TV such as "The Biggest Loser" or Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition" and said "how did they do that? or "can that really be done?"

I will tell you that while I have never participated in or watched one of those shows, I will tell you it most certainly can be done!

August 27, 2012 I began participating in a unique exercise program called The Max that combines, fitness, nutrition and motivational counseling. Over the last 12 months, I have lost over 100 pounds and it has been so life-changing that I decided to open my own Max location, right here in Shrewsbury! Located at 555 Shrewsbury Avenue (within Imperial Tae Kwon Do), The Max is a unique, 10-week body transformation program that combines 45 minute cardio and strength training classes, along with education on nutrition and support that allows you to make fast and lasting changes to your body. Whether you want to lose 10 pounds or 110 pounds, whether you want to tone or just look better in a bathing suit, The Max is the program for you.

Classes are held in the morning at 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9:15AM and in the evening at 8:15PM, so please feel free to come in and try a sample class. Our next 10 week challenge begins on September 9th. The only difference between members in The Max program and someone who is not, is that Max members took that first step!
