A conditional satisfactory rating indicates the establishment was in violation of one or more requirements and will be subject to an unannounced reinspection. An unsatisfactory rating indicates unsafe or unsanitary conditions requiring the owner to cease operation until the conditions are resolved and a reinspection takes place.
