These angels do not have wings. They are all the Angel Tree Tags that have not been spoken for as of yet, and the time is fast running out. That means that the Christmas requests of these children will not be fulfilled. Maj. Elizabeth Rogan stands with the tags, pointing out that the ones in the basket are for toys and the ones on the desk are for apparel or shoes. “These are not requests for high-end toys or designer clothes. Some have even asked for blankets or bedding, so they’re very basic necessities. The toys are just the icing on the cake and what any child would understandably want to see under the tree.”
